Governance Course Auckland Investors
It’s governance, but not as we know it!
Being a director of an early stage / angel backed company is different, and in many ways more challenging than established company directorships. As angel investors, we promise founders our money and our time – joining the board is a powerful way to truly contribute to the success of these businesses.
This course is designed specifically for those who want to learn more about the specific challenges and rewards of governance in angel backed companies. We’re looking for more angel investors to step into these board roles - this course will give you the confidence to step up and become actively engaged in this important role.
The course is run as a facilitated workshop, with experienced directors in attendance to share their wisdom and war stories.
What previous participants say:
“I have had a number of years of angel board involvement and still took significant value from the course, primarily because it was aimed specifically at start up boards. It re-enforced the practices and learnings that we take into those boards. Fantastic.”
“Great balance between course material and group involvement. Having experienced directors at the course added a lot of flavour (and many fascinating stories!)”
Participants rate their overall satisfaction with the course at 8.7 out of 10, with a Net Promoter Score of +67. This is a course that angels truly do recommend!
